RETURN POLICY
Please choose your painting carefully. Please be sure to note the size of the painting and the details provided before placing order. If you need any additional help with choosing your painting, please email us at ArtByJMArtists@gmail.com with your first name, phone number and the best times to call and we will set-up a call to discuss.
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. The first two business days are designated for shipment preparation and cancellations. Should you change your mind on your purchase, please email us at ArtByJMArtists@gmail.com by the end second business day by 5pm CST. We will cancel your order and refund your money. Items will ship on the third business day. Once the item is shipped if you decide to cancel you must ship the item back at your cost with the complete packaging as is within 15 business days. Once we have received the item, we will give you a refund for the cost of the painting less any shipping costs.
We will package your items with loving care and do our best to protect your investment from the harsh handling of couriers. If the shipping container arrives showing visible signs of damage in shipment, please take photos of the exterior damage from various angles prior to opening the package. This will help expedite any claims with the courier. Should an item be damaged in shipment without visible damage to the shipping container please take photos and contact us at ArtByJMArtists@gmail.com with your full name, phone number and the best times to call.
